Heads Up

Iphone tip

So this next tip requires some tools, but artists tend to be very DIY so I’ll go ahead and share. When sketching from your phone it’s nice to have it stay in place, especially when working on a tilted surface or your lap.

So what I do is hang it on a metal book mark. With a pair pliers and cutters, I cut one side of the metal book mark and then fold up the end in a hook fashion. The cut end is sharp so should be sanded. I just put some tape on the end. Then install one of those stick on phone finger grips and walla!
